SUMMARY:Sadie Strong Wellness Workshops: “Coping with Grief & Loss”
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a free supportive grief and loss workshop designed to help you navigate through difficult times.  Learn coping strategies\, share your experiences\, and find comfort in a community that understands your journey.  This workshop aims to provide a safe space for healing and connection. We will be joined by Licensed Therapist\, Pastor Edward Jackson\, from Hiding Place\, Individual\, Family and Marriage Therapy\, PLLC as well as Melissa Archer\, PMHNP\, Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from SENSES Medical Wellness\, PLLC.  Refreshments will be served. \n  \nThe Sadie Strong Wellness Workshop Series provides education\, resources and support to help make positive choices about your health\, self-care and wellbeing. The workshops are free and will be facilitated by local experts in their field who champion their profession with knowledge\, care and compassion.
